Does it work on all skin tones and hair colors?
IPL technology works best on light to medium skin tones with dark hair, as the light targets melanin (pigment) in the hair follicle. It is less effective on very light blonde, red, white, or gray hair due to the lack of sufficient melanin. It is not recommended for very dark skin tones, as the device may target skin pigment instead of the hair follicle. Please refer to the skin tone compatibility chart included in the product manual before use.
